The lip balm is moisturizing and can leave the lips silky and soft; however, it has a drying effect on some users. The lip balm smells like vanilla and is touted as a game-changer by some users, while others believed it was just a super-expensive lip gloss. The flower balm is made in PRC, which is contrary to the company's claim that all their products are made in the USA and Italy.
