I am also using the soft brown, but I use an old eyebrow brush to remove some of it right after I put it on. This makes it light enough for my very fair with blonde-turned-brown-hair coloring.
- Question : Why doesn't it come in the color auburn?Answer : Not exactly sure. I would experiment since it's not too expensive and can be returned
