The Hamilton Beach Classic Stand and Hand Mixer is a 4-quart mixer with six speeds and a QuickBurst feature. While it's marketed as both a stand mixer and a hand mixer, in reality, it's just a hand mixer with a stand. The mixer is made in China and comes with standard straight wire beaters that can be replaced. While it performs well for small mixing tasks, the beaters don't touch the sides of the bowl and need to be manually adjusted, making it difficult to use as a standing mixer. Some customers also found the rotating beaters too slow and lacking in power to mix things like whipped cream or thick cookie dough. Overall, this mixer is best suited for light mixing tasks and may not be suitable for more demanding cooking or baking needs.
