  • Question : What types of classes are offered through the Echelon Premier Membership?
    Answer : The Echelon Premier Membership offers a wide variety of classes ranging from cycling, rowing, running, HIIT, kickboxing, strength training, yoga, Pilates, and more. Classes are available for all levels, from beginner to pro athletes.
  • Question : How many users can use the membership?
    Answer : One membership allows up to five users to enjoy the Echelon experience together.
  • Question : Is the bike quiet?
    Answer : I feel like mine is quiet, I do have the tv on playing a Peleton app when I ride so there is some back ground noise.
  • Question : If you just want the bike and not the app with payment, is there still a way to track watts-distance etc...?
    Answer : There is an app called qdomyos-zwift. It will track all the information and it will even connect to the bike and control the resistance. It will also connect to the peloton and other apps if you use different training programs.
  • Question : Do I need to buy a special tablet for this bike?
    Answer : It doesn’t come with any type of display, so if you don’t have a tablet, yes you need to get one. I returned mine, it took two hours to connect to the app, then due to “catastrophic failure” the resistance was not working. I would look for a different option.
  • Question : Does the EX3 monitor heart rate, speed and distance?
    Answer : Only distance and speed
  • Question : Does the freestyle ride on the app have a delay when showing cadence and resistance?
    Answer : there will always be a delay since it is bluetooth
  • Question : Does it connect to the 50" Echelon Connect Mirror?
    Answer : Yes if you have wifi.
  • Question : Hos does the bike turn off after freestyle ride? The blue button stays on all day sometimes.
    Answer : Mine usually turns off after I shut down the app on my phone (it’s usually on until I actually swipe the app up to close it comply).
  • Question : Was I supposed to get a code to redeem when i bought the bike with the 30 day free membership?
    Answer : The free membership link and code is printed on the card attached to the bike, but if it was inadvertently misplaced or thrown away, just call customer service and they’ll find your purchase and activate it for you. I hope this helps

Echelon Exercise Bikes Editorial Review

The Echelon Smart Connect EX-15 is a well-built bike that is very quiet during use. It has Bluetooth connectivity and is compatible with various training apps if you choose not to use the Echelon app, which has several subscription levels starting at $19.99. The dimensions of the bike are 3'5" x 1'10". However, customer service has been a common issue, as some users have had trouble cancelling subscriptions and dealing with broken parts. The pedals and crank arm have broken for some users, leading to concerns about safety. Additionally, some users have faced Bluetooth connectivity issues that were not resolved by customer service.
