  • Question : I’ve charged it and it is still not coming on! What am I doing wrong? The light indicator on the charger was green & it says it’s at 99 power level
    Answer : I just received mine and pulled it out of the box. It’s doing the same thing. The power light just keeps blinking, when it’s plugged in and when it’s not. It won’t do anything.

    Answer : No, I wouldn't use it on my forehead or temple. Too 'violent'.

    Answer : Not hard at all to adjust settings. It’s plus or minus on the controls and everything is push button. Honestly, I was skeptical myself, but my wife and I enjoy it.
