As long as the tube is applied snug and not exposed to too many elements, it should hold for quite a while.

How does this product compare to progaff or shurtape (quality, applications, etc.)?

It works well but not as great as progaff. We haven't tried shurtape yet.

Will this tape withstand below freezing temps?

It seems to hold up well even on frozen food. So, it should withstand below freezing temps.

Is the entire roll of 5 colors 20 yards or is each color 20 yards?

Each roll is 20 Yards, so the total length for all five colors is 100 Yards.
