The Mueller Austria immersion blender is a sturdy and versatile kitchen tool that is safe to use in pots and works well in hot dishes straight off the stove. Blending attachment and whisk are sized 2 5/8" dia and 2" respectively. The motor side round gear is made of metal. The brand claims it is made with European quality standards, although it is actually manufactured in China. However, many users reported issues with the product's durability and workmanship. A few reported that the part where the blade attaches to the handle falls apart too quickly. Some said the attachments were hard to twist off and on or the product broke after just a few uses. Others noted that the tool was much louder than expected. Overall, the Mueller Austria immersion blender may produce desirable results when it comes to blending functionality, but the questionable quality raises concerns and it may not be worth the investment in the long run.
