I like the no slip. I don’t know about the kit with 44 strips. As long as they are the no slip strips. Otherwise they slide all over your teeth.

The regular white strips in this box don’t bother my teeth at all and I use them every other day. Drastic difference in just one week. I will say however, the 1 hour express white add ons in this box, made my teeth sensitive for 2 days. Hope this helps.

When should I use the 1 hour express strips and when should I use the 30-minute ones?

There's no set schedule. We do not recommend using them at the same time. The 1 hour strips are intended for a very efficient touch up, when you need that brighter smile right away. The 30-minute strips are intended for use when you have time to plan.
