I do not recall if it may have been on a insert when I rec'd the package or not. Not sure. X-O Odor Neutralizer Cleaner is a natural, plant-based odor eliminator and deodoriser that is ready-to-use, with no mixing or diluting required. Customers have used this product on various surfaces, such as car seats (including vented leather), Console, dash, hardwood floors, and garbage cans. It has a proprietary essential oil blend scent that dissipates over time. While it may not eliminate mildew smell, it is great at removing pet odours, cigarette smoke, and other persistent smells. However, some customers had issues with the spray bottle not working.
