- Question : Does the non clip end come already tied so that you can simply add a clip through a loop on the end?Answer : The non-clip end is braided into a loop and it has molded clear plastic protecting it. The intent is such that the non-clip end should not be modified or tampered for safety reasons.
- Question : W/1 end to my roof anchor and the other to my body harness, if I do not need all 50', where does the slack rope go - presuming I want a taut amount?Answer : The rope grab slides to the length you need for it to be taut and you can loosen ir tighten with it for the length you need. If you want a retractable type which adjusts as you move slowly that would not be this.
- Question : Which intermediate device should I buy between this & my harness so I can swing this around my chimney and hang off edge of roof?Answer : Hanging off the roof is not a good idea with a body harness on-please do research!
- Question : Does this package include a 50' lifeline and rope grabAnswer : It has everything you see in the picture.
- Question : Is this available in 100 ft? If not, can i attach 2 of these together to get length?Answer : I bought the 50’ rope. On issues as critical as life and limb, I would direct your query to the manufacturer.
