    Answer : This product is specifically formulated for dog urine but can work on other pet urine as well.

    Answer : Yes, it is safe for pets when used as directed.

    Answer : It is not recommended to use on sensitive surfaces. Always check the manufacturer's instructions before using on any new surface.

    Answer : It would depend upon where the stain is. Even though it neutralizes urine there may be a residue or lighter stain to the NAKED EYE. But if used on black light stains, it can completely disappear the stains.
  • Question : How does this (&/or the Laundry Boost) differ from the 'regular' Nature's Miracle formula...beyond label color & price?
    Answer : The Urine Destroyer contains bacteria that specifically target urine and works better on pet urine than the 'regular' formula. The Advanced formula is a stronger formula developed for more severe messes. The regular Stain & Odor Remover is a mild formula good for everyday stains & odors.
  • Question : Can this be used on hardwood (bamboo) floors?
    Answer : Yes, it can be used on hardwood floors as well as on carpets and rugs.
  • Question : My boxer pissed on my king size will this stuff remove the stain and odor?
    Answer : Yes, it will definitely get rid of the odor and depending on how long the stain has been there it may remove the stain as well.
  • Question : My sheltie has a bad habit of peeing on my dining room rug. Can I put this solution in a rug washer?
    Answer : It is recommended to directly apply the solution on the spot, then suck it up with a carpet cleaner, and finally use Nature's Miracle carpet shampoo to shampoo the carpets or rugs.
  • Question : Does this work on mouse urine in my truck?

  • Question : Would I use this urine destroyer or the advanced stain and odor eliminator on old set-in odors? I don't have stains anymore, just recurring odor.
    Answer : This Urine Destroyer should take good care of the odor. Allow 20 minutes or so for the chemical reaction to occur and then soak up with several towels. Allow to dry. Vacuum a few times. If the odor returns, repeat.
  • Question : I understand that the product itself has its own smell. How long does it last? I was looking for something neutral to treat my entire basement floor.
    Answer : The smell is strong but not a bad smell in itself. The smell typically lasts for a few hours, but can be reduced with fans or air circulation.
