This turmeric supplement contains ginger which helps to reduce digestive discomfort that turmeric can cause and both ingredients work to reduce inflammation in the body. The gel capsules make them easy to swallow, but it's recommended that people start with one per day to get accustomed to them. The product is reasonably priced and rated highly by others for its effectiveness. However, one customer complained of stomach and GI issues after using it for two days.
