The ILM Lightweight Bike Helmet is a good choice for both adult men and women, as well as kids and youth. The helmet has an adjustment dial to get a perfect fit. The detacheable visor can be easily attached through visor slots. It is a very light helmet and comes with adequate protection to the head. The airflow is good, keeping things cool on hot days.
