    Answer : JoAnn - We apologize if you are having issues with the VTech VS112-3. If the audio is poor, try to increase the volume on the handset by pressing the VOLUME button while on a call. Also make sure you are within range of the base unit and the mouthpiece is unobstructed. You can do a simple reset on your unit by unplugging the AC adapter, line cord and batteries on the handset for at least one (1) minute, re-plug and try it again. If this does not help, kindly contact our Customer Support for assistance. Thank you!

    Answer : First you have connect the blue tooth on your landline phone, and yes when your landline phone rings so with your cell and you can answer it on your cell when you are in the house. If you are away in your house it won’t transfer the call to your cell.

    Answer : Hi - We apologize if you are having difficulties deleting entries on the VTech VS112-4. Please follow instructions below: Step 1: Press ▲ when the handset is on idle mode. The screen shows the number of entries. Step 2: Press ▼CID or ▲ to scroll to Phonebook, then press MENU/SELECT. Step 3: Press ▼CID or ▲ to scroll to Review, then press MENU/SELECT. The screen shows the first entry in the phonebook. Step 4: Press ▼CID or ▲ to browse through the phonebook. Once the entry is on the display, press MUTE/DELETE. The screen shows Delete entry? Step 5: Press MENU/SELECT to delete the displayed entry. The handset shows Deleting... and then you hear a confirmation tone. Once deleted, you cannot retrieve that entry. Hope this helps!

VTech VS112-27 Landline Phones Editorial Review

The VTech VS112-3 is a versatile phone that can be connected to a landline, cable, VOIP and also to a cell phone. Additionally, it is Bluetooth compatible with hearing aids and has a Quiet Mode feature. The phone has an option to check messages on the base, handset or remotely. However, some users have reported that the audio quality is poor and the volume is not loud enough. Also, the phone has many features making it hard to install and maneuver.
