  • Question : Can I work in the sink without the water turning on?
    Answer : There are apparently two versions of this faucet - an older one with a black controller, and a newer one with a gray controller and a water temp dial on it. Instructions for disabling the sensors are different for each version.
  • Question : Why doesn't the ready sensor turn on when my hand is directly under the faucet?
    Answer : You may need to reset the faucet. Disconnect the power, wait for a minute, ensure there is no obstruction in front of the LED, and then reconnect the power. The sensor should start operating correctly after the reset.
  • Question : Is it 24.8 inches tall when mounted?
    Answer : No, when mounted it is 15.75 inches tall from bottom to top.
  • Question : Does this have the widespread faucet configuration?
    Answer : Yes, it can be installed in a quartz countertop without any issues. The countertop should be at least 1.5 inches thick.
  • Question : If the faucet is turned on via sensor, can I adjust the temperature using the manual handle?
    Answer : Yes, the old model with the grey box had a temperature control dial on the box. The new black model requires adjusting temperature via the manual handle on the faucet.
  • Question : What is the height of the faucet?
    Answer : The Moen Arbor Motionsense pull down kitchen faucet measures 15-½ inches from the countertop to the wave sensor on the top of the spout.

The Moen 7594EC two-sensor touchless one-handle high arc pulldown kitchen faucet is a Genuine Moen product that offers a hands-free sensor, and users can readily control the temperature using the manual handle. The product comes with a cover plate, which measures 10-1/4’’ long x 2-3/8’’ wide, and can be installed in a sink with three holes. However, installation may require some patience and fiddling, and the flow is always at maximum when using the sensor. Also, the product is constructed with plastic, which does not justify its price, and the low flow to high flow button breaks easily.
