The matcha flavour is slightly sweetened but tastes like matcha tea, and the vanilla flavour is sweetened with stevia and tastes like plain coconut oil. The supplement is not meant to be the diet itself but can help to get sooner to, maintain or return back to ketosis. Moreover, supplementing exogenous ketones does not help you "reach" or "get into" ketosis faster.
