One bag can have anywhere from 3 to 5 beets depending on their size. I have had bags with five good sized beets. You get three vacuum seal bags in one order.

Hello William, You get three packages per order and each vacuum packed package is 7 inches long, 4 inches wide, and about two inches thick according to the size of the beets.

Can these be used for smoothies? I’ve only ever used raw beets, never cooked.

Beets can be used cooked when making smoothies the only slight problem is that some of the nutrients are very slightly reduced; however cooking the beets does make the smoothie smoother to drink.
