- Question : What usb power plug is required to charge in a wall power point?Answer : A wall plug which has a USB fitting on it will charge this item. I have a multi socket extension lead which has USB fittings on it and this is what I use.
- Question : Can you suppy internal battery for this device? My one stopped charging after 2 months of purchase.Answer : I don’t know but I would return it if it’s only 2 months old.
- Question : Why do the lights on the unit start to flash after being in use for a few minutes?Answer : I would suggest either the battery is running out or you have been using it for too long. I think 15 minutes is longest.
- Question : My fingers do not feel any heat even when on highest setting. Only the palm section heats up - is this correct?Answer : Yes... just the palm but that heats up on mine too. Think that’s normal.
- Question : If my finger are bent can I use this devise?Answer : Yes,there is a curved arc inside the machine, which can put your hands well and relief your hand’s muscle.
- Question : How long does it take to show improvement?Answer : How long's a piece of string, it depends on the severity of the condition it's used for and there are no guarrantees it will work on your condition. In my opinion its not deep enough, I have pain in my thumb joints and have small hands for a man but still have to force my hand in and the massager still barely reaches my palm so I don't recommend it for anyone with thumb joint pain.
- Question : I have just received mine. the massager is working well but i have no heat. what am i doing wrong? i have tried the three coloursAnswer : If you have followed the instructions and you still have no heat sorry I would return as faulty but try again take the plug out and read the instructions again if you still can't get it to work then return it as faulty hopefully this help.

- Question : My husband has quite large hands - would this massager be suitable? ThanksAnswer : My mum has an average sized ladies hand, and hers fits in up to the beginning of her wrist. I guess it depends on where your husband wants to feel the benefit, ie if fingers I think it’d be ok but if further towards wrist then possibly not. You could always order and try and if not return it.
- Question : Is there a maximum finger or hand size?Answer : I don't think so. My dad used it and he's got really big fingers. It's well worth the money in my eyes.

The massager can be used on both hands and warms up for a more intense experience. There are three modes, with different pressure levels. However, it does not vibrate for an even more intense experience, but the pressure points will still provide moderately strong pressure. The device will only massage the fingers and the top and bottom of the hand. It cannot be controlled through the Comfier app. Children under the age of 13 should not use it, as it can be too strong and noisy for their liking. It comes with a USB-C charger, and the charging port is prone to breaking. The warranty offered by the company covers any issues related to the charger. The device cannot be turned on while charging.
