Answer : No, the only sorta adjustable “size” would be how tight you wrap them. They come as an 18 inch standard.
Question : Are these ideal for women lifting? Not too wide? I have small wrists and need the extra support.
Answer : These are the average width, (about 3.5 inches) but they are just a tad bit thicker and the elastic is awesome so the support they provide is pretty excellent. I'd recommend wearing them around the heel of your hand which helps really lock them in line with your wrists for good bone support.
Question : How to wash them?
Answer : Wash cold water air dry.

Answer : I don't know... Though I have had no issues with them or stitching or functionality.
Question : If you wrap them very tight, does the Velcro still align?
Answer : I wrap them tight every time, they wrap well, just depends on your wrist size if it’ll totally cover the Velcro. But they won’t unwrap at any point. They’re great wrap.
Question : Are these stiff or somewhat flexible?
Answer : They are flexible. Not super stiff like competition style wrist wraps. Although you can wrap them tighter for increased support. The Velcro is excellent. I do recommend them.
Question : I'm a heavy guy starting out. Would these work for planks and push-ups?
Answer : I was a heavy guy top starting out weighing 290 and still have them now 9 months later weighing 235 and these straps never failed me and kept my wrist supported so I would rely on them.
Question : Where are these made?
Answer : The seller is in Idaho, but I don't know if the wraps are made there. My best guess, they're made in Idaho. Whatever, I'm pleased w the product - used them in competition. Hope this helps.
