The product is excellent, only 5 calories, And certified organic.
- Question : Why add stevia to to this agavie syrup?Answer : Agave, by itself, has a lot of calories. Adding stevia and monk fruit lowered the calories and kept the sweetness. Agave will also raise your blood sugar, just like honey. The stevia and monk fruit help with that.
- Question : I refrigerated it after I opened it, but it developed some green gelatinous sheets the size of a rose leaf. what is ir that can do that?Answer : I keep mine on the door of my fridge and I've never had a problem with it. I've been using the product for over a year and have gone though about 6 bottles. None of them have done this.
