The Meraki Go GR10 Security Gateway is a high performing device designed for small businesses and homes. The router is easy to set up using a mobile app and tracks network usage metrics effectively. Users will need to purchase an access point separately for wireless connectivity, and VPN support is not provided, but content filtering blocks specific URLs effectively. The Meraki Go 5 Port Security Gateway does not have any support for site-to-site VPN or client VPN capabilities. Reports of the device have been mixed; while some users found the firmware lacking in advanced features, some praised the device for being stable even after power or service interruptions. Some users have proffered experiences with the device on speed issues, stating that the max speed is around 150 mbps down, while others have opined that the device's throughput managed to push 330 mbps with a 500 Mbps connection.
