- Question : What can be made using the omelet maker?Answer : Apart from omelets, you can also make frittatas, pizza pockets, apple turnovers and more.
- Question : How many portions can be made at one time?Answer : Two customized individual portions can be made at a time.
- Question : What is the advantage of the non-stick coated surfaces?Answer : The non-stick coated surfaces allow for easy cooking and cleaning.
- Question : How long does it take to cook an omelette?Answer : We cook ours for six minutes and they are still too brown on the outside. ALWAYS done on the inside, so we are likely going to drop it to four minutes. Our instruction booklet also says 12, they were dry on the inside at hard and crunchy on the outside at 8 minutes. 12 made them inedible.
- Question : Is there any aluminum in it?Answer : Not that I'm aware.
- Question : Does oil or water need to be added when the Egg is poured? and how?Answer : I pour a little oil into one of the wells and spread it around the top and bottom of both wells with a paper towel BEFORE heating the unit. I do not add any water at any time, just beat 4 eggs with some seasoning salt and add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup grated cheese (cheddar, jack, what ever you like), pour into heated unit, not exceeding fill line. Hope this helps. Also, you can add things like olives, chopped roasted bell peppers, what ever you like after beating in the cheese, just don't overfill the wells!

- Question : How to clean it?Answer : Its super easy to clean. It doesn't come apart though. You just wipe it down with a cloth or paper towel.

- Question : Is this product ul listed??Answer : I don't believe it is .... .I didn't see the usual UL info. on the unit ...
- Question : Are any differences between the models besides the color? for instance the specs for the red read stainless steel body but not for the black.Answer : I believe the black is also stainless steel.
- Question : Why does deliver say tomorrow and once you buy the date chzngedAnswer : I have no clue. I received mine within a few days.
