- Question : Is the effectiveness of the product ok if it was frozen solid?Answer : When the product melts (if it was frozen), it should still work well. It's a water based technology.

- Question : Can you use this on painted bathroom walls?Answer : Yes, it's fine to use. I would recommend spraying on the towel first, then applying the towels to the wall. Thank you.
- Question : Do I clean only with this? Weekly?Answer : This is recommended to be used weekly or as needed. You should not have to use other products to clean glass and other surrounding surfaces. For heavier soil in the bathroom, we recommend our Eliminate Shower Tub & Tile.
- Question : How well does this product perform with Soft water?Answer : Not sure, my water is purified but not softened.
- Question : Is there an unscented version of this product?Answer : Not that I am aware of, but the smell it does have is not repelling either.
- Question : Does it contain ammonia-d?Answer : Not that I'm aware of. I just checked the bottle and there is no list of contents on it. Maybe a larger container would have that information or perhaps you could contact the manufacturer! The fragrance is pleasant and not overpowering. I love products that reduce the amount of work it takes to keep everything clean. Good Luck!
- Question : How long can the product be used?Answer : I use once a week after a good clean.
- Question : Is it harmful to septic systems?Answer : Since you spray it on and wipe off -I can't believe there would be enough to harm anything. If you use a squeege or paper towel then no possible risk.
