Conventional is all I have used in 98 F150 for 22 years. 148k miles with no oil related issues. Only oil issue is when oil change company put in 'synthetic'. Was huge Mark Martin fan too.

Que tiene que ver que no coincide? Puedes responder, porqué tengo también un Nissan Sentra 2006 con más de 100 mil millas, lo quiero usar pero me dice que no sirve para mi carro, si es el mismo, 5w 30.

Can this be mixed with Valvoline full synthetic Max Life of the same viscosity without issue? I assume the additives are the same.

It can be done without much risk, but only serves to dilute the positive aspects of a full synthetic oil. It doesn't make any sense to mix them.
