Kinetic Kurt Resistance Trainers Editorial Review

The Kinetic by Kurt Control Power Unit is a great option to upgrade your old Kinetic trainer or to start building your own trainer. It is easy to install, use, and update. The device is very responsive and close to road riding, which makes it perfect for indoor training with the Zwift app. The resistance change is hit or miss and calibration can also be challenging. Moreover, some users report that the Bluetooth connection is not reliable. It is an affordable option if you already have a Kinetic frame.
