- Question : What are the dimensions of the fan?Answer : 17.25 x 13.25 x 10.25 inches.

- Question : Does it produce a strong powerful airflow similar to vornado? I need something that really moves the air.Answer : Strong air flow on the high setting without being noisy. Great fan and easy to clean. Highly recommend.
- Question : Where is it made?Answer : Well, as you probably guessed, it is made in China! However, Lasko is an old American company, and it appears that the fan is made to there stricter standards. As I said in a earlier review, we bought 2 of these and have had them running 24/7 for the past 8 weeks or more, without any problems.
- Question : Is it as loud as a box fan? I need it loud as I work nights and sleep during day and have loud neighbors in apartment next to me.Answer : Not really very loud. Fortunately for my purposes. Sounds like you need white noise. This one won’t give you much. There are apps that do white noise.
- Question : Can you remove front to clean this fan?Answer : Yes, there is a screw at the bottom of the cage. Unscrew that and the front comes off.
- Question : Will it tilt too, or just oscillate?Answer : It does tilt. There is an adjustment knob to tighten once you have it where you want it.
- Question : I can hear my roommates tv all night. I need a fan that blocks out noise but not in a rattling way. Is this my savior?Answer : This fan will create some white noise, however, I do not know if it will create enough white noise to block out the sound from their TV set. You can either ask your room mates to turn off the TV at around 11pm or you can get wireless headphones that also produces white noise to block out all outside noise. Maybe you need to find new room mates.
- Question : Does this fan need assembly?Answer : Mine came assembled - just took it out the box and plugged it up!!

- Question : What is the measurement of the base of the fan? I need to know how many inches across the bottom of the footed stand part? (It has to fit on a shelf)Answer : 9 1/4"

It can produce strong air flow on the high setting without being noisy. This fan does tilt and has a 3-prong grounded plug. The base of the fan is measured at 9 1/4". The fan is great for creating white noise in the background. Overall, reviewers have found this fan to be well-made, sturdy, and effective at moving air around the room. Some Praiseworthy features include the excellent engineering, vintage aesthetic, and quiet oscillation. However, some reviewers complained that it doesn't work on low and that it is a little noisy.
