Are the blinds in the window included?

The one I received had shades but not blinds. It is a nice model for the money.

How to fix or join the pieces each other?

Use plastic 'cement', a glue you should find at any store that sells this kind of model kit (airplanes etc.). Do NOT get this stuff on exposed surfaces of the model, as it does leave unsightly marks. Good luck!

It’s an all-plastic model that is very well made. It needs no painting. You will like it.

What are the actual dimensions? 1:64 scale?

I have 1:87 (HO) scale model with a base dimension (this model has a base) of 5.5-in by 2.5-in and height of 3.75-in. So, in 1:64 scale this would be about 7.5-in by 3.4-in and height of 5-in. Without the base, the building itself is about 4-in by 2.7-in not including the stairs.
