This wall-mounted ironing centre is ideal for those seeking the convenience of a hideable ironing board. The cabinet holding the board measures 51" H x 14 1/2" W x 3 3/4" deep. The door does not have to open flush against the wall, allowing the board to come down flat. The product is available in both surface mount and flush mount with a right-sided or left-sided sliding door. However, the product seems to have multiple issues with installation. One user's manual was for a different model, and they needed to drill/remount the small roller needed to hold the door closed to catch onto it. Another user reported that when the bottom of the board is ironed, it flexes then pops up making a loud noise. They contacted the company, and they immediately sent a replacement. However, other users reported the item arriving with scratches, and some corners of the ironing board door were smashed with no credit offered. Some users complained about the internal hanging rack not being level, the door closure roller being mounted incorrectly, and the board itself not being level. One person also mentioned that the door gets in the way of using the iron and electrical outlet. One user loved the ironing centre, but another did not think it was sturdy enough and reported that traditional ironing boards are more efficient.
