  • Question : What is the recommended age for the bounce house?
    Answer : The bounce house is suitable for children aged 3-10 years old.

  • Question : Terrible customer service. Did anyone have one that ripped after the 3rd or 4th time using it??? So disappointed.
    Answer : Yes, customer service is asbolute rubbish. Our bouncer had strings from the seems hanging all over the place diretly out of the box and now, the bouncer floor has completely seperated from the climbing wall. I emailed pictures of the issues and of course, no response from the seller.
  • Question : Is the pump weak? I saw one review that says it is too weak and bouncer is too soft?
    Answer : We haven’t had any problems with our blower being weak.
  • Question : How much ceiling clearance is recommended?
    Answer : When fully inflated it is 7’-5”. I would recommend about 6” of clearance to be safe.
  • Question : What is the size of the box?
    Answer : Not as big as you would expect. It’s packed tightly inside. It would fit inside the trunk of a car (if that helps).
  • Question : Does the blower and jumper come in one box or blower comes separate? and is the blower durable?
    Answer : They come in separate boxes, but the boxes are attached (stacked one on the other and taped together.) We haven’t had any problems with our blower.
  • Question : What is the size of the bounce area (not including the slide)?
    Answer : Big enough to fit 6 toddler
  • Question : What is the dimesions of the actual bounce area? I am seeing contradicting answers
    Answer : Can fit in a single car garage
  • Question : Is this waterproof
    Answer : It does not specify either way. It’s made from the same material as any other bounce house. We haven’t wet ours, but as with any, if you do get them wet be sure you keep it blown up after use to completely dry out or they can get moldy.
