Hi! My daughter used them for volleyball with the regular low mizunos. However, we did check to see if they would fit inside her basketball high tops and they. She didn't wear them with her high tops long enough to truly judge comfort.

I'm a size 8 in woman shoes. there are two size charts shown that say a small is goes up to size 8 or 9.5. should i go with s or m?
