    Answer : This model is powered by a 9V battery which is included with the scale. A USB cord is included as well in the box. This USB cord is not for carrying data or connecting to computer programs. The cord can be connected to an adapter and to the scale to preserve the 9V battery. The adapter is not included, however, the USB works with universal adapters. Generally, the battery itself should last over six months, depending on how often you use the scale.
  • Question : How long is the cord from the scale to the display? Can I set the scale on the floor and the display on a table (3 feet)?
    Answer : The cord is coiled so it stretches. I can easily stretch it to 4 feet and it will stretch even further. I have used it to weigh luggage with the scale on the floor and the display on a table with no problem.
  • Question : How long will it stay on when weighing something? What is the auto shut off time in minutes?
    Answer : The scale will shut off in two minutes whether it is weighing an item or not.
  • Question : I'm having accuracy problems compared to post office scale. table is level. my scale weighs at 3lb.44oz. and po at 3lb.7.10 oz. should I return it?
    Answer : This would definitely screw me when I actually ship items. There is no instructions on how to reset or zero out the scale. Also, my refund is already expired. Is there a way to recalibrate?

    Answer : There is a hold function on the ACE200 model.
  • Question : I know the scale starts to weight at 6 oz. After that, how many digits after decimal point on kg, lb, lb.oz and g? what is the last digit increment?
    Answer : The grams have no decimal when weight goes by whole number, the kg has 0.00, lb has 0.0 and lb oz has 0lb and 0 oz.
  • Question : Can I use this scale to weigh myself? My weight is under 200 Pounds.
    Answer : No, the item is only meant for packages. When people weigh themselves on the scale, it damages the sensor.
  • Question : If I put an item on the scale while it is off, then turn it on, will it read the actual weight or zero?
    Answer : It reads ZERO!
