LaCie 2big Dock RAID 12TB External RAID Hard Drive is a good product with a few downsides. Some users may find that the hard drive is loud but it is not a big deal. The TB3 cable is included with the product. Users can connect their MacBook to this device to enable data redundancy. In case of data redundancy, either of the single drives should be able to be moved to another PC and work fine as a regular single drive. The 2big Dock is a good drive, but it has a few downsides. It likes to go to sleep in the middle of editing completely slowing the workflow down, which is not desirable. Moreover, the installation process is time-Consuming and complex. The Quick Start guide is the only documentation to rely on for set-up, which can be troublesome. Some users may find that technical support is lacking for Windows users, and it is email-only, which is frustrating.
