Will it fit a galaxy s9+ with a case?

I have the s9 not the +. I am not sure on the size difference, but I have a free space all around my phone. There are also foam pads that fill space behind so it isn't loose. They are removable so unless the overall height and width exceed the case I think it would work.

Does it fit the iPhone 13 Pro?

I have the regular 13 and it fits perfectly, I believe 13 pro & 13 are exactly the same size. The only difference being the camera

Will it fit a Motorola z with OtterBox

I own a samsung Note 10 with otterbox and it fits in it. So you can compare the dimension

is there an opening in case so you can run a usb charger cord to the phone?

Yes Indeed. it is right on the bottom. I use a 90 degree charging cable on my phone, as I found the straight connector vibrates out on my motorcycle. I just got back from a 5 day trip where I had rain for 2 days......the phone stayed very dry and I was able to control the phone and easily see the display

Will this fit an iPhone 11?

If the screen size is correct it will be fine, there are spacers in there to fill any empty space that make it adjustable for phones of different thicknesses.
