Red! These posters are well illustrated, I have five different ones, One side is vertical the opposite side is horizontal, the laminate is strong and durable.

Can you get "ripped" from doing total gym? or do i need to go to a real gym?

Depends on your goal. If it is to get ripped lean athletic body the total gym works great. You do need to dial in your diet. If your looking to get huge like a Arnold or Lou Ferringo. Then you will need heavier weights. But for general overall fitness and to tone and get ripped. Total gym is great. Also unlike heavy weights. You can exercise with out a spotter.
