Yes, but only to level the unit.

The feet don’t give the unit 2” of ground clearance. Am I suppose to adjust them to give that clearance.?

I didn’t worry about the 2” clearance at the bottom, just made sure the fridge is level. I did make sure there is room behind the fridge for air to circulate.

Can I keep this under the counter?

If your counter is at least 31 inches high and has access to an outlet, probably. I’d check the dimensions of the product for this listing and measure the space you want to place it.

Will this refrigerator hold 13 inch tall Riesling style bottles, other than in the bottom shelf?

Just measured mine inside…I was just going to say no, you’re out of luck…..but a 13” bottle just barely fits because the inner glass on the door is slightly recessed.
