Answer : It is almost clear. It has a delicious lemony flavor and is perfect to add to a 16 oz bottle of water to drink throughout the day. It is also excellent to mix with the Wheatgrass powder or in your kale shakes. It really adds a very nice taste to both. It’s very important to have this every day to keep your electrolyte levels up.

Question : Why is this product keto friendly but not Keto certified?
Answer : Keto Friendly means it is purely Keto. The certified word may just be an industrial term. I trust Dr. Berg Supplements. But for other brands, you need to look deeper at the ingredients, even if it says keto friendly. Sometimes they use palm oil or maltodextrin.
Question : Why does this product have a low pulse rate warning on the bottle?
Answer : You mean the electrolytes? The electrolytes from Dr. Berg have 1000mg of Potassium, so people with hyperkalemia should avoid Potassium chloride, but Dr. Berg uses Potassium citrate. Look further in his videos.
