The New Zealand Honey Co's Manuka Honey is a monofloral honey sourced from the Manuka tree in the South Island of New Zealand. The honey's UMF rating is 20+, giving it high antimicrobial activity. Users recommend taking one tablespoon of the honey 2-3 times a day before meals. There is no added sugar or fig, and the farmland bees forage on is not sprayed with pesticides, herbicides or insecticides. The only ingredient is honey. The honey does crystallize over time, but can be warmed up to use again.
