MegaRed Krill Oil 350mg Omega 3 Supplement is an effective and quality krill oil to maintain heart and brain health. It is a highly recommended product by many doctors and users with visible results for their well-being. Though the capsule size of 500mg and 350mg are the same, it is advisable to take the recommended dose, which for an adult is 1000mg to 1200mg. This krill oil is gluten-free, easy to Consume without any side effects, and does not give nauseating fish burps. Users have reported a significant decrease in cholesterol levels, resolving of joint pains & triglycerides, and maintaining heart and brain health with regular and longer use of the product. However, it is recommended to take the supplement every day for at least 1-3 months to experience the desired effect.
