(serving size I can read)but 3lbs/5 lbs of raw potato?Answer : You will be surprised. 5 pounds of potatoes is not a lot of potatoes. When dehydrated or freeze-dried, they really shrink a lot. If you hydrate that whole can, you should end up with about 5 pounds or more. Lotsa potatoes. Enjoy!!

Always put your interested item in your cart or list. You get notified when the price increases or decreases. I have seen this product as double in price twice in the past month. This currently is a great deal. Hope you get the message in time to take advantage of it!

The Augason Farms Dehydrated Potato Shreds come in a No. 10 can and are a great addition to any emergency food supply. They can also be used as a pantry staple for quick and easy breakfasts. The shreds cook up perfectly and make great hash browns. While some skins are left on, the shreds are dehydrated really well. Once opened, as long as they are kept in a sealed container, they can last for months without spoiling.
