- Question : How can I customize the size of the belt?Answer : You can remove the belt buckle and cut the strap at the needed size to make it the exact size for you.

- Question : If I need a belt that can accommodate 28in through 44in how do I lock in when there are no ratchets down there?Answer : You take off the buckle and cut the belt to the length you need. There are lines marked with each measurement on the inside of the belt. Once trimmed, put the buckle back on and then check to see if the ratchets are in range. If not, repeat and trim more. We did a little at a time until my son was able to synch it up to the tightness he wanted.
- Question : Any problems getting to unlatch?Answer : No problems unlatching the belt at all once I figured out where the little lever was, lol. It took me a little while after trying the belt on to figure out exactly where the lever was; the instructions say it’s inside the lower right corner of the buckle (when wearing the belt) but it takes a little time to figure out exactly where it is. Once I had it down it was no problem at all.
- Question : The internal ratchet assembly broke after a few weeks leaving me with a useless leather strap. Is there any way to get a replacement buckle?Answer : The whole buckle will come off but you would have to contact the manufacturer for a new buckle.
- Question : How long does it take for the strong chemical smell to go away?Answer : Didn’t keep it that long, but also didn’t notice the chemical smell. One of the belts I had was FOLDED and wouldn’t flatten out again. Seemed cheap.
