And the answers for those buying are split some saying there is a hole some saying not and one who asked a question instead of answering your simple question. Anyway since they do not state there is a hole and photos do not show one I'm betting on not. I'm buying today however so may need to update this answer when my set arrives. I don't carry on a key ring but I do like to buy the small baby finger nail clippers and attach to my zipper pulls with a key ring like attachment for travel and to have a quick nail clipper handy. So yes I understand what you mean by a hole on the end for that purpose.
