The Obihai Technology OBi212 is a universal voice adapter capable of supporting Google Voice and SIP. Its primary feature is the ability to bridge a landline (PSTN) service and a VoIP service together. It has an FXS 'phone' port and an FXO gateway port. The device works with a physical Ethernet cable connection and hardwires the POTS port to the board. It cannot connect two phones simultaneously as it has only a single line (pair). It is capable of using four Google Voice/SIP trunks connected to two telephone outputs (FXS). However, several customers have received an OBi202 instead of the advertised OBi212. Some complained about the poor audio when using USB OBILINE with the OBi202. The Pros of the OBi212 is the ease of set up and connection with Google Voice. The key con is the confusion caused by the conflicting labeling and an inability to connect two phones simultaneously.
