The Powertec Fitness Functional Trainer Deluxe is a great piece of equipment for calisthenics practice. It's easy to set up, and according to one customer, it took about 1-2 hours. It's a one-person machine, so working out solo is possible. It doesn't come with weights, but has Olympic size bars to hold them. The handles are great for triceps, chest, and lats workouts. It also has different grips for the pull-up bar. The replacement parts can only be requested from Powertec. The dip handles have a measured distance between 20.5 inches on the inside. One downside noted by a customer is that the machine rusts at the welds. Overall, it's a great high-quality machine that feels like its much higher-priced gym versions.
