The Vocaloid3 KAITO V3 is a Japanese import software which can be used by both Mac and Windows users with a minimum requirement of 2GB RAM, an Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8 Ghz or more, 25GB of free space, and an internet connection environment of video card. The package Consists of two installation discs. The first disc is for Windows installation, and the second is for Mac. The third disc is the Studio 2 Artist Piapro Edition which contains the Piapro Studio and the Mutant Vst Plugin. It can also be used on the VOCALOID 3 or 4 editor. KAITO's voicebanks include JPN Straight, JPN Soft, JPN Whisper, and English VB. Users have experienced technical issues, such as the piapro studio not working and the Tiny Vocaloid3 Editor which only allows the editing of one vocal track at a time for up to 17 measures per saved file. KAITO's English voice bank is often criticized for its heavy Japanese accent. Most users found KAITO to be easy to use and the quality of his voice to be great.
