The plastic clips snap onto the drain insert (either way) and hold insert up from the drain bottom. A customer was curious about the specific dimensions on the offset of the drain and the response was 2. Another customer asked for a length recommendation for a 36" wide shower and was told that the 31.49 inch is the best size to get, while the 35.43 inch would be impossible to piece in the tiles on the sides. A customer wanted to know the dimension from the center of the drain to the edge of the pan and the response was 1.35”.
