The Office Star Faux Leather Managers Chair with Padded Arms is a comfortable chair ideal for daily use. This chair swivels, rolls, and is easy to raise or lower. It is well made, sturdy, and relatively easy to assemble, with precise instructions. The stitching is a nice touch that enhances the overall appearance of the chair, which is very easy to clean. However, it appears that the chair does not provide adequate support for people who like to lean backward, or those with improper seating habits. In addition, the chair lacks lumbar support. There were some reports that the metal plate that attaches the chair to the back is cheap and can snap with use, causing the chair to lean too far back and lose back support. Similarly, some customers have reported that the quality control is poor. For example, in some instances, the screws and pre-taped holes did not line up correctly. Finally, customer support appears to be inadequate, as some customers reported not receiving a response or replacement part after reporting issues with their chair.
