- Question : Can this product be washed in a dishwasher?Answer : No, the vegetable cutter can not be used at a temperature exceeding 60 degrees, such as a dishwasher.

- Question : Do the blades and parts fit inside the storage container?Answer : I don’t think they all fit. There is a strainer piece inside and a lot of attachments. THIS IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. I had to throw it away after the first use (washed on the top rack).
- Question : Is the top part suppose to snap onto the bottom container? Or is it suppose to be loose?Answer : Hello, in order to facilitate disassembly and assembly, it is relatively loose, but it can be fixed to ensure that it will not move.
- Question : This item did not have instructions with it. May I please get instructions?Answer : I returned mine. I agree, no directions and it was too dangerous. Spend the money and get a reputable one through Pampered Chef or the like.

- Question : What is the brush for?Answer : There is a plastic grid of little squares that push through the square blades for chopping vegetables. Sometimes food gets in this plastic grid which can be cleaned up with the brush. Also you can loosen up food on the chopper blades which are extremely sharp. Don’t try to clean it with your hands or you will easily be cut. The brush is a handy tool. The dishwasher can take care of the rest.
- Question : Can you throw half an onion in there? and it chop still?Answer : Yes, you can. But you need hard cut the half onion.
