  • Question : How many people who have bought this are having the issue with noise, or high pitched buzz coming from the panel when not in use?
    Answer : We just got our new unit delivered. Most of our family members can hear this high pitch noise. The oven is just out of the box, not on. The noise goes away when light is turned on, but the light auto shuts off after a couple of minutes. I wish I read this Q&A before purchasing. We will return it.

In addition, 6 inches of space are recommended over head for proper ventilation while in operation. With that height and additional space, yes the oven could be used beneath over head cabinets so long as the over head space is allowed.

    Answer : Those are the outside measurements i think. Mine is just shy of 13 across. It will not fit a 9x13 pan

    Answer : Yes and no. It will if you find a dish with a lid that will fit. I slow cooked ribs by wrapping tight in foil and putting in a pan. It was better than the crockpot because it didnt create its own moisture like a crockpot.it was a dry slow roast. A ludded pot would be more like a conventional crockpot

    Answer : No additional clearance behind the oven other than room to plug it in.
