Yes, there are a lot of leg workouts using this machine.

Does this machine come with a floor mat for underneath the machine?

No, this product does not come with a mat, but there is an AeroPilates Equipment mat that we do recommend.

Will an 84 inch mat be long enough to fit underneath it? The over Maya I see available are 84 inches or 101 inches.

The AeroPilates by Stamina 266 is 85 inches long. I don't believe the mat that is 84 inches will fit under this one without a little bit of the machine being off of the mat. There is an AeroPilates Equipment Mat available that is 101 inches long.

It does not have pulley risers but works with 3 tension cords that provide a total of 18 pounds of resistance. It weighs 91 pounds and is 85 inches long. There are several exercises that can be performed on this machine as seen on YouTube videos. It does not include a mat, but a recommended mat is available. The rebounder itself is not sold separately.
