Are the individual plastic bins in the 8 pack still individually sealed? The first three times I purchased they were. But not the last.

All of the packs are sealed as a multipack, and inside each of those packs are the individual packets which are also sealed with a plastic band.

What do you do to save 5% verses what you have to do to save 15%? The representative doesn't understand what I mean.
